This is a comprehensive program which uses a mix of experiential workshop modules and one to one
executive coaching. It is designed to shift the participants’ perspective to accept technology induced
disruptions as normal and leave the program as better leaders with the ability to exercise leadership as
a natural self expression in increasingly disruptive environments. A key outcome that the program
would strive for would be to instill the “Leadership” thinking and intuition in the student as he develops
the needed competence to use the leadership contextual framework and engage with actual business
and life situations in the current disruptive environment through the prism of leadership foundational
elements.
